Welcome St. Luke's Church, Anna Nagar, Chennai and our Parish family!
Our newly rebuilt church is one of the most beautiful churches in the country and even in the world. It is a place of great love and prayer. Our parish family has around 1200 families with 4000 parishioners who worship together in this beautiful church.
St. Luke's Church is home to one of the largest monstrances in the world that is 16 feet in height and 9 feet in diameter, housing the largest Blessed Sacrament that is 2 feet wide. This monstrance is made out of 2 tonnes of brass castings which is gold plated and studded with pure white and garnet red cubic zirconium stones of the highest quality of various sizes.
The Blessed Sacrament is kept open for worship in the morning from 07:00 am to 01:00 pm and in the evening from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm for believers who come regularly to pray in the Holy presence of God.
